Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days from your order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please try on your order right away and let us know if there are any issues. We ask that you confirm sizing before ordering by measuring and comparing with the size charts available.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please see the Returns and Exchanges page for more details.

If you received the wrong item, please take a photo of the item and reach out to support right way. We will cover the return shipping and get a the correct item out to you right way.

If you received a defective item, please take a photo of the item and reach out to support right way. We will get a replacement order out to you right way.

After submitting your return request you will be supplied with the address of where to return the item.

There is a short window where we can change or cancel an order after submitting. We will do everything we can, but once production starts we are unable to cancel. Please notify us right away.

Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges as we would not be able to offer these on clearance. If your item is defective or wrong we will always make that right.
