Orders and Shipping

You can create an account to manage your orders in the My Account dashboard. Also accessed at the top right of each page.

Production time can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days and then standard shipping takes 2-5 business days via USPS

Return and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of the order. Please visit the returns page and fill out the form with your order number to request an exchange or refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please use the form to the right and let us know you need to update your shipping address. If it has been over a certain period we may not be able to change it, but please reach out as soon as possible if you noticed a mistake.

Yes! We ship wordwide!

Depending on what you order you may get multiple packages due to items being made in different locations.

If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once production starts, we are unable to cancel an order and you will have to return the item. Time is of the essence, if we can we will cancel an order for you no problem!

Unfortunately due to health and safety concerns, we are not able to accept returns for worn items. Try on’s are expected and ok to return or exchange if they do not fit.

Size charts are usually available on the product detail pages. If you are unsure and you do not see a size chart, please ask using the form here and we will gladly send you the size chart. Do please follow through and measure against a good fitting item you have to confirm sizing before ordering.

Yes in states where an online sales tax is mandatory, it is automatically calculated during checkout.

If you need to swap or return an item

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days from your order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please try on your order right away and let us know if there are any issues. We ask that you confirm sizing before ordering by measuring and comparing with the size charts available.

If you received the wrong item, please take a photo of the item and reach out to support right way. We will cover the return shipping and get a the correct item out to you right way.

If you received a defective item, please take a photo of the item and reach out to support right way. We will get a replacement order out to you right way.

After submitting your return request you will be supplied with the address of where to return the item.

There is a short window where we can change or cancel an order after submitting. We will do everything we can, but once production starts we are unable to cancel. Please notify us right away.

Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges as we would not be able to offer these on clearance. If your item is defective or wrong we will always make that right.
